ALUMINUM GLAZED FACADE SYSTEMS
PROCURAL (PONZIO)
PF152HI (Pfosten-Riegel system with high thermal insulation)
Features:
There is a version “PF152HI Passiv”, which meets passive house standards (certificate from the Passivhaus Institute, Darmstadt).
High wind, water and sound insulation; the system is able to withstand significant environmental loads.
The width of the profile's outer trim strip is about 51 mm, various design options are possible.
Glass or opaque panels with thicknesses of approximately 6 to 66 mm; profile system connects to Procural window systems.
Suitability:
Large office or public building projects, as well as private homes, where energy saving and thermal efficiency are important.
Buildings with high aesthetic requirements, where the facade should be harmonious, with thin lines and good visual quality.
PF152ESG (Glass facade without overlays)
Features:
Pfosten-Riegel structure, but the facade areas are arranged so that the facade looks like a homogeneous glass wall from the outside.
Possible use three glass packages (triple glazing), glass or panel filling.
Processing options similar to other PF152 types.
Suitability:
Facades where you want a very modern and minimalist look (with glass areas, no division).
Restoration or modern private house projects, as well as representative office facades and publicly visible areas.
PF152EI Cl. EI30 / EI60 (Fire-resistant facade)
Features:
Pfosten-Riegel (post-and-beam) construction with fire resistance class EI30 or EI60.
Both glazed and opaque fills. P
Profiles from 85-196 mm in depth (vertical) and 91-201 mm (horizontal) depending on the dimensions of the structure.
Without restrictions on the width / height of the structure.
There are technical solutions for the construction of corner facades in both glazed and opaque versions.
Suitability:
Buildings where legislation or regulations require a fire-resistant facade - schools, medical institutions, public buildings or parts of buildings with escape routes.
In projects where it is important that the areas are provided with a safe structure in case of fire.
